Updated Info regarding COVID-19

Notice to All AAA Federal Credit Union Members:

Effective Friday March 20, 2020 we will be closing the lobbies at all of our locations and directing all member transaction traffic to our Drive-Up Service lanes until further notice.

As we adapt to the ever-changing world of health and safety, we feel it necessary to take this unprecedented step for the safety of our membership and staff.  AAA will recognize the same normal business hours at all three of our locations.

Please note the following service-related changes:

  • We will not open the lobbies at any of our offices. Members will be asked to conduct their business activities at the drive-thru service lanes. We will direct more personnel to this area to help reduce wait times.
  • All phones will be manned at each location. Member Services personnel will handle your calls as a normal part of our business operation.
  • Should any members need to conduct business inside one of our offices, this will be done by appointment only. Appointments may be made by calling the branch that you wish to visit.
  • Loan Applications may be made by calling any office or applying online at aaafcu.com . We do have the ability to close loans via the internet and direct deposit loan proceeds direct to your account. Members may also make appointments should the internet closing not be agreeable.

Caution:  Please be advised that fraudsters are working the public and pretending to be your financial institution.  It would be a very rare occurrence that AAA would ever need to contact you, and AAA would never ask for any personal information.  Please be on the alert and if you are in doubt about who is contacting you, please call one of our offices for help.

 Thank you for your understanding
